Who answers when I call?
Maxine, or a voicemail she checks through the day. There's no call center and no script.
Can I come to the office?
Yes, by appointment. There's parking behind the building and a street-level entrance. Many people prefer to start by phone.
Do I pay anything for the first call?
No. It's fifteen minutes and you aren't asked to hire us. If you do, the fee is flat and in writing before you sign.
