Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer you. This page says what that is and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, the county and year you enter, and anything you write. If you call or text, we see your number. Like most sites, ours may log basic visit information, such as the pages viewed, through ordinary web tools.
How we use it
To reply to you, to decide whether we can help and, if you hire us, to do the work. We don't sell your information and we don't use it to advertise to you.
Who sees it
Maxine and the people who help run the office's email, phone and website. Service providers that host the site or send its email handle it for us and may not use it for anything else.
Please keep it general
Don't put confidential details in the form. If you write them anyway, they are still kept private, but a form isn't a secure channel.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete what you've sent, by calling or writing to the office. If you hired us, we keep the file as the law requires.
